The Chick

I am The Chick and I am working on getting/staying fit - working my body, fueling it with the good stuff, and making the good stuff tasty.

Why The Chick?
Well its who I am, at least according to The Husband.  A nickname that came about a couple years ago and was used to such an extent that new friends for a while thought my name was Chick.

Background:
I am a 26 year old professional (9-5 cubicle - its a pretty awesome cube) living in the Seattle area with The Husband and The Cat

He is awesome!

She is awesome too! 

Interests:
Food - first and foremost, cooking, baking, travel, fashion, reading - sometimes books, sometimes menus, tv, sci-fi, finding new fun ways to keep moving like Zumba and Yoga, and learning more about the blogging world.
